If you are not sure what type of survey work you need, send us a separate email or call the office to describe what your goals are, what you want to find out from the survey, or of any issues or concerns you have. Also, if you have any information such as possession of, or knowledge of, previous surveys of your property or neighbors’ properties, recording information for your deed, Town Assessors’ Tax Map and Lot number, please let us know. We usually can find your deed and tax map information on the Registry of Deeds and Town websites, so if you cannot find that information easily, don’t worry about it. We will look for it and if we cannot find it, we will let you know.
