Welcome to Lower Village Survey Co., LLC

Lower Village Survey Co., LLC, was formed by Leon L. Blood and Deborah L. Briggs in July of 2002. Our office is located in the Lower Village of Kennebunk, just across the river from Kennebunkport’s Dock Square, conveniently located near other businesses and professionals that we have working relationships with. Our business is based on providing quality surveying services to those professionals, their clients, and landowners in the Kennebunk area, as well as other nearby towns.

Being a small business allows us to take the time to listen to the needs, concerns, and goals of each client and to consider the circumstances of the project before preparing a proposal or giving an estimate of the time and costs required to achieve those goals. We strive to work with our clients during the project and give them the opportunity to make changes in the scope of services to be provided when and if it would better satisfy their goals or reduce the total cost of the project.
